Host an Afternoon Tea for The Wallich and help end homelessness
Afternoon Tea Week is a great excuse to get together with your favourite people for tea and cake and raise some money for a good cause.
It’s couldn’t be easier. Just ask your guests to make a donation to attend your soiree, or donations for each of the sweet special-teas you have on offer.
You don’t have to be Mary Berry to get involved
If you’re no star baker, or limited for time, why not add a ‘bake it or fake it’ element to your Afternoon Tea with guests to guessing whether those cakes really were baked by your own fair hands, or faked with the help of a certain Mr Kipling!
How your tea & cake can help people in need
£10 = Could buy hot meals and provide human contact to a rough sleeper for one week
£50 = Could pay for meaningful activities to help the people we support grow in confidence
£100 = Could pay for a training course to get someone back into education or employment
Last year The Wallich supported more than 5,000 people affected by homelessness in Wales.
We simply couldn’t have done it without you. By taking part in fundraising for The Wallich in your community today, you will help us support even more people affected by homelessness.
