As Director of Risk and Compliance, Gareth is responsible for leading a team of experts to provide staff across the organisation with business support.

His responsibilities include:

  • Health and safety
  • Housing compliance
  • Quality assurance
  • Policy and procedure
  • Safeguarding

As Company Secretary, he is part of the Executive Team supporting good governance by the Board of Trustees.

Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, Gareth’s passion for Wales began in Aberystwyth where he studied.

While at Aberytswyth University, he founded the student radio station and played an active part in student media and politics.

Gareth moved back to Wales to study communications before starting his vibrant career with The Wallich in 2005.
