Seeing people excluded and marginalised has never sat well with me. Working for an organisation that, not only works hard to ensure disadvantaged people feel included, listened to and valued, but to also create opportunities which enables people to live meaningful and happy lives means a great deal.

Subsequently, Antony then took on the role of Policy and Performance Manager, followed by, Head of Business Growth and Improvement. Antony has led on the development of our performance management framework and service standards, in addition, to leading The Wallich’s tendering activity.
Antony has successfully secured more than 25 projects, nearly 1000 units of support and approximately 100 new staff positions. He has enabled The Wallich to reach and improve even more people’s lives in Wales.

By embracing the diversity, resourcefulness and resilience of our clients, we can achieve great things together. That’s why I’ve loved working for The Wallich for the last 19 years.
