Charlie* moved into a property after a period of homelessness and was in a shell with bare concrete floors, one chair, and a single bed.
Charlie has severe mental health challenges and the environment was not conducive to their well-being.
The Wallich provided carpets, soft furnishings and additional furniture to turn the bare flat into a home.
