Doorstop Conwy and Denbighshire

Doorstop is a medium-supported accommodation and floating support service for people who have alcohol or substance misuse related support needs

The project is for single people or couples aged 16 and over who are resident in Conwy or Denbighshire and who have no dependent children.

The project aims to stabilise service users in a drug and alcohol free environment in their own tenancy.

Making sure that people can move on to independent living once they complete their support plan, and continue living independently without support.

All referrals will be via Denbighshire Single Referral Pathway or Conwy Single Referral Pathway
