What will your legacy be?
However, leaving a legacy and donating to a charity in your Will could be one of life’s greatest decisions.
Imagine if your legacy provided the one opportunity that someone needs to re-start their life, offering them a brighter future and a route out of homelessness.
A donation in your Will could help to get people off the streets, keep people off the streets and create opportunities for people, offering someone the chance to break their cycle of homelessness.
‘I will work for you because you care’ Clifford Raymond Pike – legacy donor
For those who can work, securing adequately paid, stable employment is often the best route out of homelessness.
Our employment and education programmes build confidence, skills and employability, helping people re-integrate into society and live sustainably.
Clifford kindly left a gift in his Will to The Wallich. His donation has helped fund our Working In Sustainable Employment (WISE) programme.
WISE supports homeless and vulnerable people to move into employment and through his gift, Clifford’s Legacy will give 60 people the chance to find a sustainable route out of homelessness.
Help break the cycle of homelessness
Even a small contribution can have a huge impact, and in making the decision to support The Wallich through a gift in your Will, you can provide a better future for a vulnerable person.
Wouldn’t it be great to think that as your life comes to an end, your legacy could mean a new beginning and the hope of a brighter future for someone else?
