2019 Client Satisfaction Survey 2018/19
The Wallich asked its service users 20 questions, rating the support they receive from ‘Excellent’ to ‘Bad’, in order to improve the quality of its service delivery. 96% of our clients rated The Wallich’s overall support as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’.
2019 Housing First Anglesey – 2018 year in review
The Wallich launched the first Housing First project in Wales. Five years since its launch in 2013, we report on the successes and key statistics from the project.

2018 Real Voices, Real Trauma
An investigation into trauma experienced by people aged 16-25 across Wales who either are experiencing or have experienced homelessness. This work was carried out by Nia Rees, acting as a research consultant to The Wallich, and was paid for by Swansea Council.
