Brynmenyn House is a residential service offering temporary emergency accommodation for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. As well as providing accommodation, we aim to prepare residents for their own tenancies by providing support, day time activities and identifying suitable move on accommodation. We also provide support with resettlement when required.
There are seventeen units of family accommodation for homeless people and their dependents who are owed a duty from the local authority under the homelessness act.
