The Community House Team manages a number of shared houses and residential flats for homeless people who have a dual diagnosis of both mental health and substance misuse issues. Staff also provide a floating support service to people in the community who are at risk of losing their home due to their dual diagnosis.

Residents and service users are supported to manage their health issues, develop coping strategies and gain independent living skills – either to maintain their current tenancy or to enable them to move into their own home.
