All-in-one mediation service to settle disputes

An independent service, provided by trained and accredited staff.

Our service is FREE to anyone within the county experiencing a dispute that could affect their housing.

What issues do we deal with?

We deal with non-legal and non-violent breakdown of relationships which could lead to one or more people becoming homeless.

• Families
• Neighbours
• Young people
• Landlords and tenants

Who can use the service?

• Age 16+ (no upper age limit)
• Lives in Carmarthenshire
• Homeless or at risk of homelessness
• You can refer yourself
