Glanrafon Emergency Bed Provision has 23 self contained cabins with facilities
The services can also accommodate up to three individuals within the main building.
Each individual having their own room and access to their own bathroom.
The accommodation within the main building is generally used for those with more complex needs or who may require additional support.
As well as warmth, safety and food, residents have access to a support worker and are signposted to longer-term solutions so they can escape the streets.
The Wallich believes that homeless and vulnerable people are individuals with varied and different support needs.
It is proven that their successful recovery can be benefited by living in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).
We want to provide innovative and trauma-informed services, like Glanrafon Emergency Bed Provision in Flintshire, and match people as best we can to support which suits them.
Glanrafon is commissioned by Flintshire County council and the service receive referrals directly from the Flintshire Housing Options team.
