Richmond House offers supported living accommodation, 24 hours a day.

The house is for people who have experienced homelessness and multiple overlapping needs.

We tailor the support to the individual and their needs, meeting them wherever they are at and taking steps towards goals they’ve identified.

We work collaboratively with the local authority and local services, such as Hafan Wen and Plas Gorau mental health unit, to help residents with their needs.

The team at Richmond House consists of six expert Senior Support Workers and Night Support Workers.

Our residents can engage with various services at The Wallich, including the Reflections Network, wellbeing and engagement projects to support them 365 days a year.

The Wallich believes that homeless and at risk people are individuals with varied and different support needs.

It is proven that their successful recovery can be benefited by living in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).

We want to provide innovative and trauma-informed services which match people as best we can to support which suits them.

Referrals to Richmond House come directly from the Wrexham Country Borough Council Gateway homelessness team.
