In early 2026, Tracey joined The Wallich as Director of Finance.
Tracey has held the role of Finance Director within the Charity sector for more than 17 years and has worked across a variety of organisations including Techniquest, Wales Council for Voluntary Action, Ty Hafan and the City Hospice.
Her roles within this sector have also involved overseeing IT, Facilities, Retail and Operations.
She has also worked in the private sector, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and working with Kelloggs and Trinity Mirror. Prior to this Tracey was a Mathematics teacher.
Aside from The Wallich, Tracey is a Trustee of Clwb Ifor Bach, a historic music venue located in the heart of Cardiff, which is known for its commitment to independent and grassroots music.
