The Bridgend Tenancy Crisis Service is a housing-related project that operates across the Bridgend borough including Maesteg, Bridgend, Porthcawl, Pencoed, Pyle and Cornelly, Llynfi, Garw and Ogmore valleys.

This service specifically provides housing-related support for people between the ages of 18 and 25 at risk of homelessness.

We can work with people to either remain in their rented homes. We also support people residing in temporary accommodation, for example being housed in a B&B or sofa surfing, to find sustainable or more stable accommodation.

Don’t just take our word for it

“The staff at TCS (The Wallich Tenancy Crisis Service) have been amazing at explaining the process and helping me get my own place, somewhere I can finally call home.

They were great at helping me fill out forms, so I had furniture for when I moved in.

If it wasn’t for them, I’d be lost. They made me feel safe, listened to and believed in.

They helped me build confidence and made me remember that my future really matters. I’m genuinely thankful for everything they’ve done.”
