Ceredigion Solutions offers advice, support and assistance to people who are homeless, at threat of homelessness or facing housing difficulties

We can assist people to:

• Find appropriate accommodation
• Manage rent arrears or other debts
• Assist with claiming relevant benefits
• Resolve any issues with current benefit claims
• Help to access health or substance misuse services and signpost to other relevant agencies.

Appointments are offered in the community or in an individuals home.

The Wallich also works directly with individuals who are rough sleeping.

We offer advice and support to try and rehouse individuals, but also practical assistance such as sleeping bags, rough sleepers’ packs, clothing and food donations.

We work in partnership with other agencies to facilitate a rough sleepers’ resource where individuals rough sleeping have access to laundry facilities, a shower or bath and hot food.
