Temporary Accommodation Housing Support

This service is for people staying in temporary accommodation provided by Ceredigion County Council.

We work with you to help you develop confidence and life skills so you can live independently in your own home.

Who is eligible?

People living in Ceredigion who are 18 years old or more and are in temporary accommodation through the Council’s Housing Services.

What support is on offer?

We support people to be able to move into their own accommodation and live independently.

The service is flexible and based on the needs of each person. We work together to create a support plan, based on what your goals are.

Our staff give support with things such as:

• Personal Housing Plan
• Benefit claims
• Property searches and estate agent rental lists
• Liaising with the Council’s Housing Services
• Signposting and referrals to other support services
• Finding settled accommodation
