We offer an intensive and flexible support service to rapidly address their immediate crisis needs.
Each person in the project has a support worker, who works with them to focus on key areas that are barriers to finding accommodation. This could be substance use, mental health needs, or social links.
The support provided helps people to build resilience, gain confidence, reduce harm, and develop the personal and social skills they need to keep their own tenancy.

This support is for people in Ceredigion over 18 years old who don’t have immediate access to settled accommodation. People getting support from this service may be:
When a new person is introduced to the project, we work together to create a plan for support and housing. This is focussed on encouraging and supporting people to make their own choices. We support them to be able to get and keep their own tenancy.

The Wallich believes that people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness are individuals with varied and different support needs. Research shows that their successful recovery benefits from living in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).
We want to provide innovative and trauma-informed services which match people to support which suits them.
