Ty Croeso is a hostel providing emergency temporary accommodation
For people who may be waiting for housing support from the local housing department.
The hostel has 10 self-contained studios as well as a communal area for residents who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness.
Places at the hostel are allocated by Caerphilly County Borough Council and residents are supported by staff at The Wallich.
The Wallich believes that homeless and vulnerable people are individuals with varied and different support needs.
It is proven that their successful recovery can be benefited by living in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).
We want to provide innovative and trauma-informed services, like Ty Croeso in Caerphilly, and match people as best we can can to support which suits them.
