Residents are supported to gain independent living skills before moving on to more permanent housing.

People who live with us in temporary accommodation have been affected by homelessness.

There are 19 units at Windsor Lodge; each with its own fridge and en-suite bathroom.

Residents at Windsor Lodge have access to a communal lounge, outdoor courtyard garden area, laundry facilities and a large kitchen.

Our support

Windsor Lodge is staffed 24/7 to ensure safety and support for residents and the local community is at the forefront, at all times.

While we provide a roof over someone’s head and the basics to move in, The Wallich also works with people on setting goals for their future.

We work with people to identify what skills, relationships and confidence they could develop.

Anyone living at Windsor Lodge has access to other The Wallich services, such as our in-house counselling service called the Reflections Network.

Staff at Windsor Lodge ensure there are also transformative activities to improve wellbeing.

The Wallich believes that homeless and vulnerable people are individuals with varied and different support needs.

It is proven that their successful recovery can be benefited by living in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).

We want to provide innovative and trauma-informed services, like Windsor Lodge in Swansea, and match people as best we can to support which suits them.
