Phill is the Strategic Operational Lead for South West Wales, encompassing 18 projects and growing, from Swansea to Carmarthenshire, Neath and Port Talbot, alongside line managing three Area Managers.

Phill has worked across the care, support and homelessness sector for more than 15 years.

Starting his career as a Support Worker and working his way through to management, Phill is now proud to be a senior figure within The Wallich.

Phill’s background is in mental health and challenging behaviour. He has extensive experience as a trainer, delivering challenging behaviour courses.

He has managed various schemes in his career including working for Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).

Phill is proud to utilise and share his experiences and knowledge to support his teams every working day.

“Sometimes people are seen as a set of problems, but I believe if you try and provide support and treat the person properly, then the problem can soon disappear.”
