We understand that every woman’s journey is unique.
Our expert staff build trusting relationships and offer support with past or present challenges, including alcohol and substance use, trauma, and other complex needs.
We help them work towards achieving independent living in their own homes within the community.
The core building has seven self-contained flats and a welcoming communal area.
We also offer three dispersed properties through Caredig for women who are more ready for independent living, but may still need occasional support.
The core building remains a place they can turn to when needed.

Support is provided 24/7, with on-site staff at the core house and outreach to external properties.
At The Wallich, we recognise that homelessness is not just about housing, it’s about experiences, relationships and emotional well-being.
A Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) helps women feel safe, heard, and understood.
All referrals are made through Swansea Housing Options Temporary Accommodation Pathway.
You must have an active homelessness application in Swansea and tell your advisor that you think Cross Border Women’s Project is the right place for you.
