Our work is guided by the person at the centre, working with them, not for them, to feel safe and to thrive.
The team travels across Pembrokeshire to work with people – wherever they are.
The service offers floating housing-related support to individuals in a range of circumstances, including:
A key feature of the Pembrokeshire service is that we offer a dedicated Support Worker per person, who follows the person’s journey from first contact through to planned move-on.
We provide consistent support and build a trusting relationship throughout.
Using a ‘strength-based approach’, our Support Workers focus on what each person can do, the skills and resources they already have, and the goals that matter to them.
We help people build confidence, independence and control over their housing journey.

We are committed to working alongside people in Pembrokeshire with dignity, respect and compassion.
We aim to help people feel supported, informed and better able to make positive choices about housing and future.
By following each person’s journey, Support Workers can respond flexibly as circumstances change, helping to reduce repeat homelessness and strengthen long-term housing stability.
The Wallich Pembrokeshire office is based in Haverfordwest. However, our dedicated homelessness support team travels across the county, Fishguard to Pembroke Dock, Tenby to Porthgain, covering all bases.
