Mike joined The Wallich in 2023 as Associate Director of Business Innovation.
Working across the organisation, Mike oversees innovative projects which improve the way The Wallich works, with a particular focus on technology, data, governance and organisational effectiveness.
His aim is to help our teams work more efficiently, improving quality of service and outcomes for the people The Wallich supports.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mike has worked across the private and third sectors in roles spanning finance, operations, technology and people management.
Having previously volunteered at a night shelter, Mike values the opportunity to combine his professional experience with an organisation and cause he cares about.
Alongside his role at The Wallich, Mike is Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Hospice of the Valleys, which is based in Blaenau Gwent.
