The Wallich believes that homeless and at risk people are individuals with varied and different support needs.
It is proven that their successful recovery can be benefited by living in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE).
We want to provide innovative and trauma-informed services which matches people as best we can to support which suits them.
As we build our relationships with residents who we support, they feel safe to share more about their stories.
The Wallich has a counselling service, called the Reflections Network, which residents can access to address issues and make long term, positive change, ensuring they don’t return to homelessness.
All referrals for St John’s Hostel come directly from Wrexham Country Borough Council homelessness team.
